Hi, A true photogram is produced by place objects on light sensitive photographic paper in a darkroom and exposing it to light usually under an enlarger!. You can use very small exposure of light and move the objects around to produce images of varying density (greyness) The effect is not immediate and can only be seem when you develop the photographic paper using certain chemicals!. You teacher has given you plastic wallets clear paper and tracing paper!. If you draw on the plastic wallet with a dense black pen then what will appear on the photographic paper after exposure to light will be made of white lines since the light will not reach the paper through the dense black marker!.Tracing paper will allow less light to pass through and will be greyer and so it goes on!. What you are doing is creating your own negative!. Hope this helps you understand the basics!. Enjoy its fun to experiment!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well you can paint or draw anything you like onto some paper and then photogram it onto photographic paper!. You could print a picture of a building just on normal paper and then it will photogram onto photographic paper!. I think it will come out as if its a negative!.!.!.!.!. dont know if this helps!?
