How do I paste a picture from my computer onto a current project with CS3?

Question: How do I paste a picture from my computer onto a current project with CS3!?

I want to put a picture that I already have in "My Pictures" on my computer and I just want to put i on a project I have started in CS3!.!.!. but apparently I am making it harder than is already is!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Open Photoshop!. Then just go to File - Open!. This will open the dialog where you can go to My Pictures, select your photo, and it will open in Photoshop!. Then you can do whatever you want with it, (paste in into your project using the MOVE tool)!.
