You will need to have a heel in paper mache form, and then another as the basic shoe form!.
Before the two are dry, join them together in the form of a high-heeled shoe!.
Make sure to recycle old newspapers to make Paper Mache!.

you can make a model of the show using card as a base!. this should be thin enough to wrap around the shoe enabling you to mark it and cut it to shape!. then clue it together!. giving you the basic framework to put paper mashe on top!. (or plaster)

a more conventional way is to shape chicken wire to make an armature!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You need to make some kind of mould (for the shape of the shoe) then shredded paper and pva glue, you have to make sure that you will be able to remove the mould once the paper mashe has set (we used to make masks using balloons and paper mashe)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
