Question: On Adobe Photoshop 7, how do I get rid of a certain colour in a picture (such as white) but keep the rest!?

It kinda depends what you mean by "get rid of", but if you want to just delete it to make that color transparent and reveal the layer below:

Method 1 (not really recommended, but easiest to grasp): Pick the magic wand tool, make sure "Contiguous" is unchecked, and click on the color you want to delete!. Play with the "tolerance" number until enough of the color you want is selected!. Then hit CTRL + X!.

Method 2 (better): Click on "Select" on the top (between Layer and Filter), and go to Color Range!. It should pop up a window!. Click the color you want to select and move the Fuzziness slider until all of the color you want to delete is white in the preview window!. Press Ok, and all of that color should now be selected!. Hit CTRL + XWww@QuestionHome@Com
