If you want to turn a photo into a line drawing, just download Paint!.NET real quick, take out the photo and go Effects>Artistic>Pencil Sketch!.

Download the free GIMP & use to "Cartoon" filter!.

Or if you want a variety of photo transformations you'll need to buy Photoshop!. (:
