I dunno what shota is, but I know of some cute manga characters!. The main character girl in Moon Phase!. Kira(!?) and Hiro and Momiji in Fruits Basket!. There's a boy who looks like Honey of Ouran High School in Beauty Pop!. And Negi in Negima!.

Wow I looked up "shota" on Answers!.com!. Is shota short for shotacon!? The definition is sorta scary!.

I love both of those! On the spot i can't think of an anime with shota characters but the writer of Azumanga Daioh wrote a manga called Yotsuba you can read on a website on the internet, she's pretty cute and the manga is just so funny and cute!.
