Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: If you mean a wrap around sleeve it might depend on the thickness of the DVD case, the average wrap around insert seems to be 23 x 18cm from the ones I've measured!. If it's just for a cover insert then 18 x 13cm should do it, or you could just measure up the DVD cases you are going to use!.Www@QuestionHome@Com It's 1/4" greater than the diameter of a DVD!. 5"x5"Www@QuestionHome@Com Two things 1!. - Measure it 2!.
