Question: What kind of paper is generally used to make cards!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Joyfulpaints is right, but there are different grades and thicknesses in cardstock, designed for different uses!. For example, greeting cards are typically made from a 110lb!. vellum stock (the weight indicated the thickness of the paper), whereas playing cards can be made from 60lb!. cardstock (the finish doesn't really matter) and laminated in clear plastic!. It really just depends what it's used for!.

Hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Cardstock is the easy way to do!. I also like using watercolor paper- I love the texture of it!. You can buy plain cards made of both papers at stores like A!.C!. Moore and Michaels!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
