How do i make a partial color photo?

Question: How do i make a partial color photo!?

i want to make a picture all black and white, except for a little part of it!. and that little part just needs to be the regular color!. i dont know how to do this, isnt there a way to do it with photobucket!? please help me!Www@QuestionHome@Com

You would need an image editing program!.
Gimp is free and is similar to, but less useful than Photoshop!.
