Question: Fundamentals of 2-D design question!. Positive and Negative space!.!.!.!?
I missed the first class and am having trouble finding something on the net that covers the assignment!. We are supposed to put organic and geometric shapes into 4"4 grid squares and flip/mirror them!. One black/white, the other white/black!. A link/explanation of some examples would be appreciated!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

geometric example: black circle on white background flipped to white circle on black background

another: divide the square diagonally and shade the bottom black (flipped, shade the top instead)

it's really very simple--this is a classic first design assignment, looking at different simple ways to break up a square space!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
