You could do this with Microsoft Paint (part of XP, under Accessories in your Program groups)!.

- Start Paint
- Under the Image menu, choose Attributes and set the size of the final image (size of the desktop it's gonna be put on)
- Set the background color to white or black and paint the whole thing!.
- From the Edit menu choose "Paste from!.!.!." and in the subsequent DialogBox pick the picture you'd like to add to the collage!. Once added, resize and move into position!.
- Continue this process with the rest of the pictures!.
- Save as a !.bmp or !.jpg file!.

You can also do this to some degree with Picasa (http://picasa!.google!.com )!. Pick the pictures you want from your library and click "Collage"!. It'll create ones that look like Polaroid prints or you can tile them!. Then export!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
