Question: What is a good road to take if i am interested in becoming a photojournalist!?

I am a sophomore in high school and i am interested in photojournalism like for a newspaper!. I am wondering what is a good road to take (college and rest of high school) to become a photojournalist!?

Join your high school yearbook committee and/or school newspaper!. Start making a portfolio with all your best work of about 20-30 pics (you will need this when applying for photography classes in college), talk jto your local newspaper to see if you can take pics for them (being in high school will give you and them a huge opportunity to take pics of football games and other sports that they will need for their columns), and depending on your area you can look into which colleges offer photography/photojournalism courses!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

major in photography and journalism!. work for the school paper!. pick up internships!. or you could start your own blog with photos now!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
