You mean animated GIFs!? If you don't want to buy a whole bunch of programs (or are just inexperienced in computer design, etc!.) go to http://www!.gifninja!.com and click "Create an Animated GIF"!. Then upload the images you want to use and choose the speed!. The rest is self explanatory!.

The only downside to Gifninja is that you can only upload a maximum of 5 photos!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
