Churches are generally aligned east west in England so I think this photo would have to be looking out of a south window!. It is over to the left, ie the east, not quite the middle, so it is a little before midday!. It is quite high in the sky so maybe not Christmas Day as the title suggests!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
