Question: How do people use to do arts and painting in ancient days when there were no brushes and colours and canvas!?

Done by blowing pigment through a pipe!.
Pigment -ground color used with a vehicle or binder on a support!.

Ancient Egyptian Painting"
Fresco, or painting on a plaster lime wall, was practiced by the ancient Egyptians!. (technique consists of painting in pigment mixed with water on a thin layer of wet, fresh, lime mortar or plaster)

Encaustic Painting- using pigment and beeswax to paint!.

Painting -encaustic: beeswax and pigment
-buon fresco: pigment and water on wet plaster
-egg tempera: egg yolk and pigment

Egypt:
Pigments for paint came primarily from minerals that occur naturally in Egypt and the surrounding desert!. White was usually made from calcium carbonate!. Black was produced from one of several forms of carbon, most commonly soot or charcoal!. Ochre (iron oxide) could produce a range of colors from light yellow to dark brown depending on the level of hydration!. It was frequently used for reds and yellows!.
Blue was sometimes provided from azurite (copper carbonate), which over time becomes green as it changes to malachite, another form of copper carbonate!.
