Question: What Digital Pen/Tablet Monitor for a PC would you recommend for digital illustration purposes!?
I've been doing some research and from what I can tell it seems like a pretty competitive, though small, corner of the graphic design and illustration market!. I haven't been able to find much for reviews or feedback on any of the products I've been researching, though!.

I'm interested in picking one up for several reasons:

a!.) I love to sketch/draw/illustrate, among other things!.
b!.) I'm sick of using a digital tablet to do digital illustrations
c!.) I am soon to be a graphic design major and figure it's something I could probably use anyway

So I'm looking for something mid-range price-wise (I know they can be pretty pricey)!. It doesn't have to be top of the line but it can't be a bottom-feeder, either!.

Looking forward to hearing some advice!. Thanks ahead of time!Www@QuestionHome@Com

The Wacom Cintiq 12WX is what I would go with!. It's compact, and it's the cheapest option from what I think is the most reliable brand!. They're the pioneers in the field of graphics tablets!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

TABLETS ARE AWESOME!. :) Just look at the difference in my mouse to tablet art : http://kookybat!.deviantart!.com/art/Three!.!.!.
I love my tablet so much!. I researched a lot and asked artist friends!.!.this is what I recommend!.
At home, I have a Wacom Bamboo Fun 6x8!. It's AWESOME and costs about $200, I think a bit cheaper on Amazon!. It is a great tablet!. 2 of my friends got one after trying mine out!.
At work, I have a Wacom Intuos3 6x8!. THIS THING IS SO COOL! But it costs about $369!. We actually got mine on Amazon for $289!. Great features and feel, oooh I just love it, but the Bamboo is fine too!. Better price I'd say!. :) If you have the money get the Intuos, if not, the Bamboo will be just great!Www@QuestionHome@Com
