Question about photo editing...?

Question: Question about photo editing!.!.!.!?

ok so i use that editor on photobucket and i really friggin wanna kno how ppl like make a picture black and white but like keep some color!.!.!.like ok example a pic of a girl and its black and white but her lipstick is like red!. idk how to do that!. im not sure if u can do it on photobucket but i think i have adobe photoshop too!. thanx!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't know what photobucket it but photoshop does it!.
You would make two layers (like having two of the same photo, one on top of the other) then make the top photo b/w!. next, you use the eraser to erase the lips so you see the colored lip on the bottom!.
