Question: How to make epoxy stickers/pins!?

You know those 'bubble' stiickers where there's a clear plastic bubble thing over the actual sticker!? Is there anyway to make them by hand at home!?

also, those !.75 inch pins/buttons that people give as swag or people buy as merch!.!. is there any machine or kit you can buy that lets you make them at home!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

is excellent for producing a similar effect to epoxy stickers (which are made in bulk in the far east using a hot epoxy process)!.
