It looks really close to White Rabbit, which you can download for free from dafont!.com, except your sample seems to have a lighter version in parts of it!. Maybe it's just a size thing!. It is a Fixed Width font (see other posters answer)!.

It looks like some kind of system font!. The reason I figured that answer was because system fonts are generally the same pixel amount wide!. If you notice around the l there is the same amount of space as around the a!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
