i wanna make my picture like
this dudes picture!.
like how he has one at the top and the the bottom!.
i just wanna know what website or what program
i need to use and what are the steps!?

simplest program is microsoft paint as it's already on your pc if you have windows!.

find a pic on your pc u wanna use!.
right click!.
open with!.
paint!.

then do the same with the second pic!.

decide which one goes below!.
press ctrl+a
then ctrl+c
go to the other picture!.
press ctrl+v
move the image to the right place!.
press save!.
upload!.

this is the basic method!. will work on all programs!.
