Pasting images ON background??

Question: Pasting images ON background!?!?

How can I paste on this background: http://aideon!.deviantart!.com/art/Fire-St!.!.!. another image!? I want it 2 look real!. I wanna put an image of a person on that fire so it looks like that person is really there!. Let's say something like this : http://i192!.photobucket!.com/albums/z284/!.!.!. !.But I don't know how 2 do it!. I tried in photoscape program, but it didn't work!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Download an application called 'The GIMP'!. It's a free substitute to Adobe Photoshop and should allow you to do this easily!.

You need to open the fire background, then open the image you want to put over the top of the fire image, cut it out (Edit > Select All, Edit > Cut) and go to your fire image and paste it in there (Edit > Paste)
