Question: Please tell me what you think of my photography!?

So for my college photography project the theme is "green" (as in colour)

these are all good for a "green" project!. I assume that you mean green as in nature!? or can it be anything to do with being green!?!. hybrid vehicles, recyling, planting trees, these can also be "green"!. I took pictures for one of my classes trying to convey the feeling of colors not just subjects that had that color!. It's amazing what you can up with!. for example the color blue may be a picture of someone walking with umbrella on a gloomy rainy day!. mess around with lens filters also to achieve mood!. overall your pictures are good but my suggestion is to think outside the box!. paint a story with your images, convey a feeling!. it takes some time to do but when you achieve your goal, that, is satisfying!. hope this helps and good luck with your project! you definetly have an eye for photographyWww@QuestionHome@Com

I think you have a good eye!. Your shots have a nice rhythm and use of shape to tie the image together!. The marble shots have a nice use of depth of field as well!. I would like to see you use a reflector to bounce on the hedge shot, as opposed to using a fill!. The lighting is pretty harsh!. Using a scrim to diffuse would help as well!. It gives you a softer more natural look!. Overall though, nice job!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You need a lower angle on the mushrooms and the moss, the hedge is too symmetrical in contrast to the rest of the pictures, the second fly picture is better than the first!. Ivy needs more shadows!.

those are really good!. i love the shrooms!. they are brilliant!. what kind of camera do you have!? ive always wondered how to make it focus on whats up front and blur out the rest!. or is that a photo effect!? im a noob at photography!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Great job, I love the close ups you got, but my advice would be to try a new angle!. For example, a larger subject or one with more detail, other than that their wonderful!. Good luck with your project!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

These are good "macros" and you composition is very good too!. I'd like to see more global or wider angle shots too!. But that being said, from what I see here, it looks like you've got "the eye!." Www@QuestionHome@Com
