I'm hoping to do something with photography for my life!.!.
(I'm almost 16)

Heres an album of just some of the pictures Ive taken!.!.
http://www!.flickr!.com/photos/29979032@N0!.!.!.
theyre not the best!. just candid shots!. but whenever I see something I think is interesting, I get out my camera and take a few shots!.

Please take the time to look through them, I really want to know what you think of them!.
and Please don't criticize me unless you're kind about it!.! x[

thanks! xx

by the way, I don't have any fancy camera, just a canon digital camera!. that's how I got the color in the B&W ones!.
When I get older I'm hoping to buy a nicer camera made for photography, but for now that would be inconvenient!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

especially "by the ppol" awwWww@QuestionHome@Com

Seaside Heights (first surfer) is excellent, Hammie is good too!. I think you should take more photos and rely on your vision for creativity, not special camera or software effects!.
I hope you have Seaside Heights Surfer in high resolution!. If not you should have a better camera to continue with!.
I would say, I'm good and you have potential!. If you plan to be involved in photography you must learn the technical and aesthetic aspects!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

tip # 1: dont take so many bloody pictures of the same thing
this is something people learn by using film, not this fancy digital nonsence!.

tip # 2: dont photoshop!. photoshop isnt for photographers, its for people who want to butcher other people's photos!.

tip # 3: you do a good job, I like some of the Ice Storm pictures!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

wow those are really good! seriously, i was expecting to just see some snapshots of sunsets or something but those are really unique and pleasing to the eye!. one suggestion though: sometimes when you made just the babies clothes or bouncy tigger toy colorful, it takes the focus away from the person!. i think the picture of the tree with the colorful fruit though looks amazing!. good job!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I adore the footprint being washed away by the surf!. One criticism I would give would be to be more aware of the total picture!. For example on your flower shots the flowers are beautiful but the backgrounds take away from the total!. They are distracting and not attractive!. Same with the sunset photo!. Those ugly power poles in the front!. Lovely sunset tho!. Same with your cute little boy!. The backgrounds are distracting and not attractive!.

I like most of what you have done!. I like the close in baby pictures!. These especially appeal to mothers, because they see their child from up close while most others see them from farther away - which is the typical baby portrait!. !. Izzy - G's suggestion is right on
Keep shooting!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

they're pretty good

one peice of advice, when shooting land and sky shots, divide the picture into two parts land and one part sky or vice versa

Hi Sweetie, if you want to do something in photography and asking for "critique"!. You have to be willing to take the good with bad!. You will only learn by getting open and honest opinions of your work!. If you ask people to saying something if it's only good, you are really not looking for advice just compliments!. You have to be open to constructive criticism, okay!. You have a good eye!. However if you really want to do something with it!. You will need a good quality camera and and education of the craft!. There are scholarships for high school students to attend workshops, seminars and even help pay for college courses!. I strongly recommend looking into photography classes!. I don't know if your school offers any photography classes some do but maybe in your areas there are workshops!. There are colleges that offer workshops too outside of regular courses!. You could also check out books at the library to read about photography!. There are website where you can submit your photos to share with other photographers and get reviews of your images!. You-Tube has videos on how-to's!. Other websites is http://photo!.net/
http://www!.outdoorphotographer!.com/
http://digital-photography-school!.com/bl!.!.!.

There is tons of information out there!. You could even call a photographer in your local area and ask about being an assistance where you could learn directly from a source!. You can ask if you can help them with their equipment in exchange to learn about photography in their studio!. I would not recommend calling a wedding photographer, its a busy hard business and if they use an assistance they usually want someone who has experience and skill in photography but maybe you could volunteer for a commercial photographer or college photography student during the time they are working in a school studio!. A lot of sucessful photographer started out as young as you!. They continue to pursue their dream!. They took classes and read books and at one point or another, they were someone's assistance and/or had a job working for someone or some place before they went solo!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
