Question: Where's a website for color schemes for graphic artists!?

I'm asking this again because I really want to find a site that will help me choose color schemes for my graphic arts projects!. I know there is an awesome one out there but I can't find it again!. BLAH!. I need one that will give me the numbers for the CMYK and RGB colors so that I can create the same ones in my projects!.

also, might I enquire why you need CMYK!? For maximum editability you'll only want 8 bit RGB!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
