I realy like the one with the sail boats, the two brown dogs and the one with the 2 cats laying by each other!. Im not a big fan of animal photography, I just think its way to common but if you like it go for it!. I realy like ones of river and ocean so thats why I like the one!. Some [like the flowers] are too plain/common!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Check out photographycorner!.com for tips on framing your pictures better!.

You have a good eye for what you want to photograph but you're focusing on the subject so much you're leaving undesirable elements in the background and on the borders!.

Just a few tips:

Capture more than you want to with your camera as you can always crop out extras but if you miss something (like several of your subject's ear tips) you can't put it back in easily!.

Learn to use the macro focus on your camera!. Your flower pictures are beautiful but blurry due to not using the macro focus!.

Learn to set your focus and f-stop manually!. The lamp pictures were well framed but blurred due to the camera focusing on the lamp and washed by the camera's auto exposure!.

Most importantly, take a dozen or so shots of each subject if possible using different angles from side to side and up and down as well as different zooms!. That way you can go back home and look at the pictures when you're not face to face with the subject and chose your favorite (the subject always looks different when you're there than it does coming off the camera due to things we take for granted visually that don't carry through to "print"

You need refining but you do have talent and a good eye!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
