Question: Fixing pixalated pictures!?
I have been sent some pictures by e-mail and some of them are a bit pixalated is there any program that could help restore them (hopefully a free program), I know that if a picture is pixalated then there is only so much that software can do to repair them but I hope that there is a program out there that can enhance them as much as possible, I am not much good at photo editing so it would be great if there was a fix photo button that would do it all for me and I could make any tiny adjustments later!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Theres really not much you can do aside from asking for the sender to send you higher resolution versions of the original photos!.

In the real, non TV crime show world, you can't get something out of nothing!. If the data isn't there, the data isn't there, there isn't anything you can do about it!.

Good luck!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

The best you can hope to do is add some blur so the pixelation isn't so obvious!. The picture will be quite blurry, though!. Gimp is one freeware program that will do blur!. I think the standard Gaussian blur will work as well as anything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
