Yes, it's really good! I can defiantly tell who it is!. It's close to his likeness!. How old are you!?
I would just like to make a few critiquing comments:

You have a scratchy technique going on, later on, try and see if you can make those lines more consistent and uniform, so that the hair and such will look more realistic, rather than so flat!.

Your valuing is pretty good from what I see!. But it would be really good to continually practice simple shading techniques!. So that your lights won't be too dark and your darks too light!.

Overall, you are on the right track to becoming proficent at celebrity portraits!. If you need any more help, feel free to contact me! Hye maybe you could do Bob Dylan next!? :D

It looks like a young John Lennon! You have some good light to dark shading but I would develop the dark shades on the face a bit more, and if your pencil strokes can 'travel around' the face, ie as if they are moulding around the face in addition to the straight line shading and cross-hatching that you have used then it may come alive in 3 dimensions!.

If you are copying an existing drawing or photo, squint your eyes to see where the darker areas are, and try to make your drawing light and dark in the same places!.

Get a book on anatomy and study the structure of the face as the skin almost drapes over the bones and an understanding of the structure will help you develop!. Don't feel this is criticism because I like the drawing very much, as an art teacher I just want you to progress!.!.!.!. keep at it and build on the skill and talent that you have!.
