It's really good :) but Fred is kinda fake looking, he needs more detail and you need a little more practice in drawing him!.

Add some more shading in the hair and all that, possibly color the faces with a reaaaally light gray using your NORMAL pencil, not color pencil!. But the coloring thing doesn't matter, just a little more detail in the hair and all!.
