Question: What's type or the name of this photography!?

I'm not exact of the name!.
But here's a sample of what they are, they're sorta fast pace but I'm sure that's not the name!.

Those are time exposures!. The camera is set on a tripod and an exposure of many seconds is used!. You need a camera with a bulb setting to do it!. You probably also need a neutral density filter to avoid over-exposing the scene!.

Note to Meg: This is not time lapse!. That involves taking multiple pictures at regular intervals!. These are individual exposures with the shutter open for a long time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Thats Time - Lapse photography!.

You set up your camera to take frames or shots ever x seconds/ minutes/ hours!. Most new, advanced digital cameras have this function!.

Its the same way that cinematographers that shoot for David Attenborough etc get shots like the flower opening in the dawn!.

i have achieved this effect by long exposures!. that's how you get the trailing lights as the vehicle moves during the exposure!. These pictures are not time lapse, they are slow exposures!. Time lapse is multiple exposures at pre determined intervals!. These pics are single long exposures!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
