Question: Stray hairs on a model, what can I do!?
What I can do about those tiny little stray hairs that just like to stick up on a model!. Is there something I can put on the model's hair to keep them down, besides hair spray or gel which often looks too crispy!?

And please don't say Photoshop!Www@QuestionHome@Com

For those little stray hairs I spray my hand with hairspray and lightly caress the offending strays!. This weights them down without effecting the rest of the hairs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have used a small spray bottle filled with plain old water and sprayed some on a soft bristle brush!. A very light swipe on the hair will make the strays lay flat!.!.!. for a while!.!.!. at least long enough for the shot, but at least the model does not have anything on her hair she may not want!.

!.!.!. and hey!.!.!. the best fashion photographers in the world use Photoshop to make small touch ups of stray hairs and such!.!.!. there is no disgrace in it!.!.!. it does not mean you are a "bad" photographer!. Photoshop is just a tool, same as the camera!.
