IMHO the crop is a little tight on the chin and the face seems a bit crowded in the frame!. I would back up just a bit!. Nice expression!. The red tint is easy to take care of if you have photoshop!.

duplicate the layer
desaturate top layer
then use the opacity slider all the way down close to 0 till the red tint is gone!.
You can also use this to give an old timey feel to images
