Your camera does appear to have a B setting!.

Go to the Kodak support page for your camera and download the manual:

Set the camera to PASM mode, and you will be able to change the shutter speed setting there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your minimum shutter speed is 64 seconds!. Set it for that and it will leave the shutter open for a little over a minute!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
