I have recently lost one stone and the noly things that I have done to my lifestyle is to cut down on what I was eatting, being carefull with what I eat and to have a more energetic job, I also try to have a bit more get up and go about me now!.

Another handy tip is green tea!.
Okay it might not taste the best but it is in nearly every weight loss product, and research has shown that it has loads of goddies about it and health benefits aswell as weight loss properties!.

Green tea is also very cheap as is stoked in all major supermarkets (ASDA etc)!.

also, try getting some small packets of nuts and fruit, there cheap, good for you and can replace chocolate bars!.

Good luck, and dont give into weight loss products, some of them can apprently be dangerous and have weird side effects and weight loss does take time, be patient and have faith in yourself!.

Don't eat just because its conventional time to eat, like supper time!. Eat when you are hungry and only when you are hungry, and only as much as you need!. I've heard it said, restaurants give you larger portions than you really need, one entree is actually enough for two people!. If you go to a restaurant, bring a friend, order one meal, and share it!.
Don't continue to eat just because there is more in the package, put the rest away for later!. Many people eat a whole package of something just because its there, and they think they have to eat the whole package of it!.
Eat healthy foods because they are more satiating than junk foods!. If you eat junk foods, your body may still be craving some nutrients it just never gets from junk foods, so you get some more junk food because you THINK you are still hungry!.
My grandpa said, if you eat something and as soon as it really tastes great and you really appreciate it, thats the point at which you should stop eating it!. You have reached the optimum level; eat more of it, and you're over-eating and you won't appeciate it as much anymore anyways!. As an experiment, I've tried obeying that strategy, and disobeying it too, and I think he was right !
Other strategies, chew gum instead of swallowing food!. Sometimes, its just exercise or boredom or nervousness or tension and chewing gum is all you need!. Alternatively, if you want a flavour boost or need to adjust your 'blood-sugar-levels', have a slow-melting candy with lots of flavour, instead of actual food!. Enjoy !
Lastly, something that helped me when I just couldn't break the habit of snacking all the time and taking second loads of supper/meals, Hydroxycut actually worked where nothing else worked!. It broke my snacking habit, and gave me energy and apetite for exercise ! I felt better, and looked better afterwards !Www@QuestionHome@Com
