Question: How do I put two photos together in Corel Paint Shop Pro!?

I have Corel Paint Shop Pro 9, does anyone know how to put two photos together to look something like this

Ok so first figure out the height and width of each picture, then make them the same size!.
Next decide if you want to have them stacked vertically or side by side!.
If you want side by side add the width and if you want it vertical add the height!. Then open a new image with the added width and plain height or vice versa!. Then copy and paste the pictures in!.
