However maybe it's shown in a bad light as it doesn;t tie in with the things around it e!.g!. having having fluorescent green writing brandished on an old victorian street soend;t look too great in many people's opinion!. places of graffiti need to be picked and chosen carefully so graffiti looks good instead of ruining somewhere it contrasts withWww@QuestionHome@Com it depends on what type of graffiti it is!. Random gang signs and tags are not art, but murals and such things like that are definitely art, I think it's a great way to get your artwork noticed and get a message across to your area!. If you splattering walls with gang symbols and useless words like "HOMIE G'S FO LIFE YAWW" then no you aren't creating art!. On the other hand is you're painting beautiful murals then I guess one could consider that "art"!.
