Question: Good ideas for a protest poster/ banner!?
I want to design a banner to protest against against large scale fossil fuel power stations!. I also want to either have seperate banner promoting decentralised energy or to be able to integrate that message into the other banner!.

The banners need to be simple and easily visible from a distance!. Any ideas!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Great topic- especially with new ideas to encourage America's off-shore drilling!. I think you should keep it simple and remind people of the Exxon Valdez crisis!. Remind the viewers of how that effected the economy, people and more importantly the earth!. The Alaskan people are still dealing with its aftermath to date!.

Visually, what about a child covered in oil, surrounded by dead wildlife, holding a sign that reads, "Save our future; invest in off-shore drilling!.!.!.!?"Www@QuestionHome@Com

Make a list of statements about each subject!. Take the statement & see if you can turn any of them into a short catchy phrase!. For example I saw some people in the political section talking about the lives of the candidates & one has had a lot of drama so someone wrote "No Drama Vote for Obama" so first you have to get clear about your subject, your message then turn them into a catchy phrase!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Why would you want to protest a power plant!? People need electricity you know!.

Do you mean protest the planned construction of a NEW power plant, one that you think should be more environmentally friendly!? That makes sense!.

But protesting an already-built plant is just silly!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Only two words!. Smokestack!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
