Try using a set record of colours - for example, black, white and blue or orange, yellow and black!. Have a play around and find out which colours you like and which compliment each other, and use these throughout your site!.

You could also try doing some research - look at top websites with the same purpose as your own and see how they attract their millions!.

It's great that you have kept to the same font and have good navigation, perhaps you could try having graphic buttons as opposed to just text!?

I think it all looks a little markety and ad like!. I think if you give it a more professional feel more people might be geared towards it!.

For starters maybe loose the really flashy animation and settle for something more conservative!. Maybe use some lighter colours and make it the whole website look like it's following a template or theme!.
