Why a "Print Screen" shot cannot be applied to a MS Paint?

Question: Why a "Print Screen" shot cannot be applied to a MS Paint!?

Easy: I wanted to have a screen shot of a Video, and did "Print Screen" to save it in the Clipboard!. Then, CTRL-V and paste it on Paint!. Surprise! when trying to save it as a file, and open it afterwards, the screen shot is not there, and neither can it be printed on a regular printer!. Any workaround!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sometimes you may have a problem taking a screenshot of a video!. Often you have to use the actual media player to do so!. (VLC player allows it at least)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
