some cameras have video mpeg mode to record short clips, and with camera software there should be video editor, and possibly option to save as gif export,

It is an animated gif!. You need a program like Photoshop CS3 to make them!. They are a succession of many pics in a row, only slightly different from each other!. Then they are strung together in an animation sequence!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes, they are a gif, but i don't think you would need something as complex as CS3 to create something like that!. Try a google search, see if you can find something that's free!. There's bound to be something out there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
