What program can I use to edit photos like this?

Question: What program can I use to edit photos like this!?

My friend created this photo, which I love!. She used her Nikon PictureProject software!. I don't have that, and can't get it!. Is there another one that I can use to create similar photos!?

You can do this in Corel Paint or Photoshop!. First, open your main picture and copy it to a new page!.
Then open the silhouette of a baby if you have one, copy this one also on top of the other one!.

Use the transaprency tool to set the baby silhouette in the background or vice-versa!. You can control the effect you want!.

Then, combine the two photos and save in whatever format you like!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Either put a semi-transparent layer in front of a solid layer in photoshop, or do a double-exposure!. Although, from the looks of this photo, it appears that it's more photoshop than anything else!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

also Gimp is totally free as well as Paint!.NET
