Question: Rare painting found need help!!!?

My aunt is moving out of her childhood home!. My father found a paint that's called "The Playmate" it was published by Thomas Kelly New York 17 Barclay st!. The painting has the year of 1874 on it!. I search for information on it!. But cannot find anything!. Can anyone refer me to someone who can help me out!? Thank you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

and engraving house that did very fine work!.
