Position:Home>Visual Arts> Whats a good art field to go into?Question: Whats a good art field to go into!? i really like art and i have some decent artistic skills!. i like looking at and finding the meaning behind art work!. im going to school for business but my mom says i should go into art!. im not really into graphic design or producing good works of art on a regular basis!. please help!Www@QuestionHome@Com

You want to get into something that you can stick with and will be a source of income for you!. Graphic art is what is out there now!.!.!. today!.!.!. and getting more popular for in the future!. Everything you already know about art can apply to graphic art as well!. So you get to use what you know and learn something you don't!.!.!. and make a career out of it!. Do some research and talk to an art counselor!. I think you will find it might be something for you!. Thanks for reading!.Www@QuestionHome@Com The thing is, it's hard to go into art without a strong passion for it!. It shows in the outcome of the artwork itself!. It sounds to me like your mom is more excited about you taking up art as a career choice than you are!. (No offense!.) But if you do really like it, then you have to remember this thing!. Never choose to do something you don't want to do even if you think you'll make more money!. If you like to do something and turns out that you're great at it, the money will come!. You just have to be patient!. The art market is pretty tough but if you think you can pull through and work as hard as you can, you probably will make it!. Choose something you love to do!. That's the only important thing you HAVE to remember to do!. Good luck on your decision and I hope you end up doing something you enjoy!.
