Depends on what you are doing and your skill level!.

Photoshop allows for 3 separate mindsets!. Which is nice!. You can approach it as a designer, photographer or painter!.

However, there is a learning curve!. But once initiated to what it can do, it is a wonderful program with amazing capabilities limited only by the user!.

I don't use Paint Shop, so I can't speak for it!. But assume that it is a computer paint program!. I'll let someone else address this!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
