The only thing I could find out is that she's a model for the
"Hellz Bellz" Spring 2008 Collection!.
Hellz Bellz was founded in 2005 by Designer Lanie Alabanza-Barcena!. (but she isn't the model)

I searched around & couldn't find any info on who the model is!. I suppose if you really want to know you could contact them through their website & find out!.!.!.!.
