What you already have sounds pretty good!. Go to a park and snap pictures of people warming up before their run, or kids playing on the equipment, or old and very wrinkled people sitting on park benches (I find their faces fascinating, with all the shadows and hollows and that look of having their whole lives written on their faces!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you should experiment with people and ACTIONS! Which would make you use trial and error with slow and fast shutter speeds!. You should have a friend do some sort of action, jumping running, waving hands / arms fast and do some shots of stopping that action and some of blurring the action with a slow shutter speed!. Don't feel like you should use the whole person's body, just do bits and pieces of whatever is moving fast or slow!.
