Question: How do i make letters on my picture!?

Really depends on what software application you use!. There is no, "one way" to do this, especially in how to create the effects of the lettering!.

I know how I'd do it in Photoshop, but if you don't have it, any help I can give would do you no good!.

I mean, if I said "Create the text using the text tool!. Add the effects needed, including the color modified lens flare!. Place it on a separate layer above the photo!. Rotate the text, scale it and move it to the location want," would that be of any help!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
