i know how ti make skins but the problem is how do i make the pics in my skin move like this bebo skin!?!?!?

You get a bunch of the pictures, and go to www!.lunapic!.com

Then you can blend or do the "animate" feature, and it flashes the pictures!. Just like the many SpongeBob expressions!.

As for the one on the profile, you just need to get an animated image, and then add it to the background color using a picture!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
