Question: Whats a good university for photography/communication design in texas!?

i was thinking about texas state, in san marcos!.!.!.
something in the fine arts area, communication design, digital photographic imaging, photo, design etc!. etc!.
any suggestions on what colleges specialize in that!? or have a good program!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
