photography?

Question: Shyness/photography!?

i really like photography and taking portraits of people!. the only problem is that im kinda shy!. like unless im with some of my close friends or someone that says "take my picture" i cant really bring myself to point the camera at them!. i dont know what it is!.

i had this problem for awhile, the best thing i can say is, just ask "would you mind me taking a picture of you!? I need a model for a quick second!." i have gotten alot of people to agree to getting their picture taken that way!. im sure they will be happy with how the pictures come out!. you have some really nice photographyWww@QuestionHome@Com

You are probably afraid that they will not like you for trying to take their picture but most people are flattered to have their picture taken!. If you stopped me and asked if you could take my picture it would make me feel pretty good and i would gladly let you!. The people that dont want theirs taken are usually shy themselves!. Just get bold! go take some pretty pictures of people and it will get much easier over time! you will feel so good for having stepped out of your shyness!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

those are great, I'm a painter and I'm shy too, and for the longest time I wouldn't let anyone see my work or watch me paint, it's just an artist thing it think, you'll eventually get more confident with your work and want to show more people and shoot more subjects!. you're very talented don't limit yourself by feeling unconfident!Www@QuestionHome@Com

im kinda shy too, so i would suggest to first take pics of people who are closer to you!. once you have more experience (not saying you dont) you'll get more confident in yourself!. by the way, your pics are really awesome!Www@QuestionHome@Com
