Question: Drawing Q!?

i draw people, clothes all the time and before i used a pencil (one of those pro ones) and it made the straight lines or hair, shorts ect!. really nice can anyone tell me some good pencils to draw people and clothing with!? and what are the best sketch books!?

I draw with a number 2HB pencil, then shade with 2B, 4B, or 6B!. The B's are really soft and will leave a interesting mark on your page!.

The sketch books that I like to use best are the ones with texture on the pages!. I use the Strathmore Sketch books 60 lb 400 series a lot!. They are not to expensive and they have good sales on them at craft stores!. I have small ones (5!.5" x 8!.5 " and larger ones!. Small ones so I can carry them around with me easily and the large ones I use at home!.
